Sanitarium, proudly 100% Australian owned, has developed a reputation for manufacturing quality health and vegetarian food products.  The most recognised brands from Sanitarium include Weetbix and Sogood.

Computing & Control Systems have provided engineering expertise to Sanitarium since the year 2000.  The control system includes a range of Allen Bradley PLCs, Citect SCADA and SQL reporting tools.  We have provided turnkey electrical and control projects, including a complete manufacturing line completed in 2004.

he CSR Gyprock® plasterboard business is one of Australia’s largest manufacturers and marketers of innovative, high quality gypsum-based products. The company has plants in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Computing & Control Systems have provided engineering expertise to CSR since the year 2000.  The control system includes a range of Allen Bradley PLCs, RSView32 SCADA and SQL reporting tools.  We have provided many innovative projects including links to SAP for scheduling and reporting.

VisyPak Beverage Packaging produces a wide range of premium quality consumer packaging including PET bottles, PET Preforms, aluminium cans, combibloc and Pure-Pak cartons.

Computing & Control Systems have partnered with VisyPak to provide reporting tools to the fillers installed by VisyPak.  These web based HTML and crystal reports are accessible from most standard PCs using a web browser, for realtime information and statistics on production efficiency and downtime.

The control system is a mixture of Mitsubishi Q/A Series and Siemens S7 connected using Ethernet and Profibus networks.

As well as providing engineering services, we also design and maintain the industrial networks (including Ethernet) for 100% reliability of the reporting features.
